ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) When this habeas corpus petition is taken up for hearing today, the respondent Police has produced the detenue girl viz., Bala Amirtha.

2. We enquired her, she submitted before us that, her date of birth is 25.12.2003 and she is major, on her own volition, since she fell in love with the 4th respondent, she claimed to have married him on 08th May 2023 in the presence of the mother of the 4th respondent and other relatives and she is presently living only with the 4th respondent, she wants to continue to live with him and she does not want to go with the petitioner who is none other than the father of the detenue girl. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission made by the detenue girl, since we feel that, there has been no illegal custody by the 4th respondent or any one against the detenue girl, we feel that, this habeas corpus petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
