ORDER

From the Order Sheet, it appears that on 28.03.2018, Mr.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel, who had appeared for the petitioner, represented that he had given change of vakalat and a memo to that effect has been filed. This Court had directed issue of notice to the petitioners through the Registry and the same has also been complied with by the Registry. It is seen that the notice which was sent to the petitioners 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9 have been served on them.

2.From the records, it is seen that all the petitioners are residing in the same address and out of nine petitioners, five of them have been served and the fact that the petitioners have not engaged any other counsel till date clearly indicates that they have no interest in proceeding further with the revision. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
