Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs' in plural and 'WMP' in singular for the sake of convenience and clarity] have been filed with prayers to dispense with production of impugned orders, both dated 02.09.2021 bearing reference CST No.750340/2002-03 and CST No.750340/2003-04.

2. Adverting to the support affidavit and more particularly paragraph 2 therein, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the original of the impugned orders were entrusted to the Auditor of the writ petitioner company and some staff in the Auditor's office misplaced the same, however photocopies have been filed and original impugned orders will be produced by tracing out the same, if required.

In the light of the narrative supra, captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for.
