ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant re-employment to the petitioner till the end of academic year i.e.31.05.2013.

2. I heard the submissions of Mr.R.Subramanian, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Digvijayapandiyan, the Additional Government Pleader for Respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 20.12.2012, has granted interim stay. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was reinstated into service till the end of academic year i.e.31.07.2013. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has received salary in respect of the above period. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.
