This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the letter forwarded by the fourth respondent in Ref. Na.Ka.No.11717/Ni-II(1)/2020 dated 30.09.2020 and consequently to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant for the year 2008-09 in the appropriate place and promote the petitioner as Assistant and to re-fix the pay and other service benefits.

2. Considering the fact that the representation dated 09.09.2020 of the petitioner which was forwarded by the fourth respondent to third respondent vide a letter bearing reference Na.Ka.No.11717/Ni-II(1)/2020 dated 30.09.2020 has not received adequate attention, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the letter dated 30.09.2020 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.11717/Ni-II(1)/2020 of the fourth respondent forwarding the representation dated 09.09.2020 of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
