This application has been filed to permit the plaintiffs to amend the plaint in view of the Will that has been alleged by the defendants 2 and 6 in their written statement.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the defendants have stated about the Will for the first time in the written statement and hence that necessitated them to file an application to amend their pleadings in the plaint by way of seeking additional prayers as well.

3. Since the reasons stated are acceptable and also in the interest of justice this application is allowed.
