O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2939 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.97 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 directing him to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2939 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.97 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, on the hearing dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
