Ms.R.Priya Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Mr.V.S.Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructous and would seek permission to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
