ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to furnish the copy of the order dated 07.11.2023 under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 in the application filed by the second respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent

and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that on an application submitted by the second respondent, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and passed orders on 07.11.2023. Though the petitioner was a party to the said proceedings, he was not served with a copy of order dated 07.11.2023.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 07.11.2023 to the petitioner forthwith.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
