When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that First Information Report has been filed based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant in Crime No.179 of 2023 for the offence under Section 304 of IPC, Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989 and Section 7 of Prevention of Manual Scavenging Act.

Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with the Crime Number and legal provisions.
