2. In view of the demise of 1st respondent, this petition is taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record.
3. The learned counsel for the other respondents has also filed Cross Objection reports no objection and also seeks indulgence of this Court for necessary amendment in the Cross objection also.
4. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents, the petition is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment both in the appeal and Cross Objection.
6. Post the matter after three weeks for final hearing.
