O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent 1 to 3 to issue Transfer Certificate to the minor petitioner, who studied XI standard in the 3rd respondent School.

2. It is stated that the minor petitioner has got admission in Bannari Amman Vidyaniketh School, Sathyamangalam and pursuing her XII standard and she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requested the third respondent School to issue Transfer Certificate, where she completed her XI standard.

3. It is stated that the fourth respondent is the father of the minor petitioner. It is only on account of the objection that was raised by the fourth respondent, the third respondent School has expressed its inability to handover the Transfer Certificate.

4. The respondent School has issued a letter, dated 31.07.2018 addressed to the counsel for the petitioner stating that the School is prepared to issue Transfer Certificate of the minor girl, and they are ready to abide the order of this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that now the fourth respondent has no objection for giving the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts of the case, the Writ Petition is allowed and the third respondent-School is directed to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
