This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before Sathuvachari Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12625 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is daily wager and he cannot afford to stay in Vellore to comply with the conditions. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12625 of 2023 by order dated 12.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
