The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is already an FIR pending against the petitioner in Crime No.07 of 2019.
2. This Court has repeatedly held that where there is an FIR pending against an accused person, there is no question of issuing direction to the police not to harass the accused person. Such a direction will ultimately lead to interference with the investigation.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar rli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
