(CRIME NO.1288 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify alleged offence as Section 379 of IPC under the order dated 09.09.2021 in CRL.OP.NO.16446 of 2021 granting Anticipatory bail in Crime No.1288 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and pass any or other such orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the alleged offence as Section 379 of IPC in the order dated 09.09.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.16446 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.16446 of 2021 and issue a fresh order copy.
