This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16537 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.154 of 2023 by order, dated 8.03.2024 to appear before the Trial Court on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 A.M until disposal of the appeal.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.9(iii) vide order dated 18.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16537 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.154 of 2023 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M. until the disposal of the appeal and if they are not able to appear before the Trial Court on any such day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and 1/3

shall appear before the Trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the Trial Court."

4. All other conditions remain unaltered. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
