ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.2 of 2021 dated 02.01.2021.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the investigation and he is not producing the original documents. 3.In reply, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner will co-operate for the investigation and will produce the original documents to enable the respondent police to complete the investigation.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the investigation by producing the original documents. On receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conclude the investigation and shall file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months. 5.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
