The Writ Petition, which has been disposed on 23.07.2019, is listed today on the request made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner by letter dated 29.08.2019 "for being mentioned". 2.

It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the withdrawal of the Writ Petition should not be construed precluding the Petitioner from initiating any criminal action against the concerned persons, which is complained in the representation dated 25.03.2019. It is made clear that no view has been expressed in that regard and it is open to the Petitioner to pursue the legal remedies for the same, if it is otherwise permissible in law.
