The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Geetha Ganesan was appointed as a Interim Resolution Professional of the 2nd respondent. After private compromise application filed by the Interim Resolution Professional to withdraw the CIRP was allowed, the first respondent was discharged as Interim Resolution Professional and handed over the charge to the 2nd respondent.

2. Now, the respondents 1 and 2 are not the same persons and they are different persons.

3. In view of the order dated 21.07.2022, made in IA/ IBC/382 /CHE/ 2022 filed by the first respondent, Registry is directed to accept the cause title and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
