CMP Nos.14340, 14343 and 14345 of 2020 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 1362 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased appellant as 2nd appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.A.Deivasigamani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
