This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner as against the false complaint, which has been lodged by one Mr.Nithyanandam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents-state.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Nithyanandam, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.182 of 2018 and the enquiry has been transferred to the Central Crime Branch, Chennai.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, by impleading the Central Crime Branch, Chennai as a party/respondent.
