ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.5 of 2018, registered by the respondent Police which is pending investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has already been filed on 12.10.2018, before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Final Report filed by the respondent Police, they can always challenge the same, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
