ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner says that he is a frequent visitor to Chennai and used to stay in a restaurant of the 2nd respondent and broadly complains that the said hotel is not safe enough for human habitation.

3.Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. The learned counsel submits that the authorities have already started working on the complaint and necessary inspection by the department concerned has also been completed. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants another officer to enquire.

5.This Court considers that it is too premature to come to a conclusion to suspect the integrity of any official and therefore this Court let the 1st respondent to complete the process of enquiry within the framework of law and to hear the party who is likely to be affected by any proceedings that the 1st respondent is likely to pass before passing any such orders.
