ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Court below allowing the application for amendment to incorporate the names of the newly impleaded third plaintiff.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order passed by the Court below impleading the second respondent herein, a Civil Revision Petition was filed by the petitioner in CRP.No.1113 of 2022 and the same was dismissed on 06.07.2022.
3. Thus, the present impugned order is consequential to the original order for impleadment. Once the revision against the order impleading the second respondent is confirmed, the petitioner is not entitled to challenge the consequential order passed by the Court below allowing the 2/4
amendment application to incorporate the names of the second respondent in the plaint. Therefore, I do not see any merits in the revision and consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
