This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the private complaint in C.C. No.12 of 2017 filed by the respondent before learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C. No.12 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -V was dismissed and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
