W.M.P.No.23441 of 2021 in W.P.No.22223 of 2021 W.M.P.No.23441 of 2021 in W.P.No.22223 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of the order that has been assailed in the main writ petition being 'order dated 12.08.2021 bearing reference No. Zo.VIII.R.D.C.No.R2/1556/19' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience, clarity and brevity] made by the third respondent.

2. Adverting to support affidavit, more particularly, paragraph No.14 thereat, it is submitted that the original impugned order is required for further proceedings and reference, therefore, a photocopy of order has been produced. It is also submitted that the original impugned order will be produced if need arises.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
