This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file a final report/charge sheet in the FIR No.261 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 427 and 506(1) of IPC, pending on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that it is a case of case and case in counter and thereby, seeks some more time to file the charge sheet.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
