This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate final orders on an enquiry in O.A.No.28 of 2015 as per Section 63(b) of the HR & CE Act along with pending un-numbered application.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that appropriate final orders will be passed in the application within a period of four months time. 3.This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider and pass appropriate final orders in the pending O.A.No.28 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
