This contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this court passed in W.P. No.5539 of 2019 dated 17.07.2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, would submit that the order of this court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
