ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 10.02.2023 has been flouted by the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the order dated 10.02.2023, the respondent communicated to the petitioner on 22.05.2023 about the re-survey. The original respondent No.3 in the writ petition produced documents showing the existence of patta and also some building plans. The same have been sent to the Tahsildar for verification to confirm the genuineness. Once a report is received, depending upon the report, further steps would be taken in accordance with law.
