Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.39443/G3/2003 dated 24.02.2004 and quash the same in so far as class 1 imposing condition that the grant will not be released for ever and direct the respondents to release the grant to the petitioner school.
