This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to declare respondent No.4 along with their Key Managerial Personnel as on the relevant time and respondent No.5 to 2/4

8 as 'not fit and proper as per Schedule II of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
