The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner made an appeal dated 17.10.2000 against the order of rejection, which is impugned in the present writ petition. If the said appeal may be pursued by the petitioner, the Appellate Authority shall consider the issues on merits and in accordance with law by providing opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
