Both the petitioner as well as the Assistant Manager (Legal) of the second respondent-Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Kumbakonam, along with the learned Standing Counsel on record respectively are present.

This Court received the Mediation Report along with Mediation Agreement dated 07.10.2014 from the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the parties were questioned about the settlement entered into, the factum and the terms of the settlement, for which, it is reported by the parties that they have settled the matter out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side..

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 07.10.2014 entered into between the parties. The Mediation Agreement along with Mediation Report dated 07.10.2014 shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
