ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the mother of one K.Chandra Kumar, aged 23 years. According to the petitioner, he has been found missing from 25.05.2016 onwards. Therefore, she has come up before this Court with this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.

Today, in the Special List, when the matter was taken up, the 2nd respondent produced the detenu Chandra Kumar. He told us that he has married one Ramya. He further told that he has been living at the house of his friend and his date of birth is 10.06.1993. He also told that he wants to go with her mother, namely, the petitioner herein. The said statement is recorded.
