This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members and also his property. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.689 of 2023 and the complaint has been closed as civil dispute and the parties have been directed to approach the Civil Court to resolve the dispute. 3.

In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application before the concerned Magistrate Court under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC and work out his remedy in accordance with law. 4.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
