2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is stated that due to change in Management of Applicant/Defendant No.2, the applicant was not able to file the written statement in time and hence there is a delay of two days in filing the written statement.

3. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has stated no objection to allow this application.
