It is the categoric case of petitioner/writ petitioner that aforementioned impugned order was served on deponent of writ affidavit for the first time in the last week of July of 2021, 30.07.2021 is taken as reckoning date and it is also the case of the petitioner/writ petitioner that only a photo copy of the impugned order was served on the deponent of the writ affidavit.

3. Therefore, captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
