ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 24.09.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii), 392 of I.P.C. r/w 397 IPC in Cr.No.697 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.1,550/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is one previous case against the petitioner for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C.

5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and the previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
