The petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition to substitute the sixth to eighth respondents as legal heir of the deceased fifth respondent namely M.Natarajan @ Thirumangairajan in the writ petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Hence, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Mr.M.S.Umesh, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed sixth to eighth respondents.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the writ petition.
