This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13977 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Chennai and also executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
