3. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the grounds of detention has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the petitioner's husband misplaced the grounds of detention in prison and he is unable to find out the original, is accepted.
