C O M M O N O R D E R Reference may be made to the order dated 07.12.2015. On the said date, a request was made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, to adjourn the matter as their Senior Counsel is not available. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 18.01.2016. However, on that date once again the counsel for the petitioner requested for adjournment and accordingly the Writ Petitions were directed to be posted on 11.02.2016. Today (15.02.2016), when the Writ Petitions were listed for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
