Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 not to accept SRMU to file Nomination for participating in the election and disqualify SRMU and existing office Bearers for the Next Two Term Elections, Subsequently the Respondent No.2 to take an appropriate action against SRMU for petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2016, 29.04.2024 and ensure collected all outstanding dues from SRMU.
