Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has passed an order dated 26.09.2020 and hence, this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal as against the order passed by the third respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
