ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking 10% horizontal reservation for students from Government school within Union Territory of Puducherry for getting admission into medical courses under the NEET regime for the academic year 2020-2021. 2.Mr.K.Gunasekaran, the learned Senior Panel counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that he has instructions to inform the Court that the petitioner's representation has been considered and the same has been rejected.

3.The Court records such statement of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

4.The 1st respondent is now required to furnish a copy of the decision taken by it to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks. 5.Learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 6 informs the court that the reservation is sought specifically for the academic year 2020-2021 and that period is now complete and nothing survives in this case. 6.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 6, this court does not consider that anything survives for the present. 7.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy, if anything forth comes in her way based on any information which the 1st respondent has been directed to provide vide this order. No costs.
