The suit had been filed taking advantage of Clause 12 of the Letters Patent seeking leave to institute the suit within the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the negotiations relating to the sale of the property were held at Chennai and that the terms has also agreed in the office at Chennai. 3.It had also been stated that more particularly under Clause 7 of the agreement, it had been stated that if there any disputes between the parties, the Court at Chennai shall have jurisdiction.

4.Mr.Ravi Kumar Paul, learned Senior Counsel stated that the parties have decided and agreed to institute the suit within the Court at Chennai under Clause 7 of the agreement.

5.Leave is sought. Leave is granted.
