This petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.759 of 2023.

When the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudhur.
