2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate proceedings made in the main suit today (01.11.2022).

3. In these proceedings also, parties shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.

4. Ms.J.Akhila, learned counsel on record for plaintiff and Mr.B.Kishore, learned counsel of M/s.Dua Associates (Law Firm) for defendants are before this Commercial Division.

5. This Commercial Division verified the Data Grid of this Court when the matter was mentioned and it is noticed that the captioned application is shown to be pending.

6. Both learned counsel submit in one voice that in the light of advanced stage of the captioned main suit, captioned application can be closed.

In the light of the above submission, captioned application is disposed of as closed albeit making it clear that no view or opinion on the merits of the matter has been expressed in these proceedings and that all the rights and contentions of both sides as it stands today stands preserved for arguments in the main suit.
