These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in representing the C.M.P.SR.Nos.14784 & 14789 of 2023 in C.R.P.Nos.449 & 1714 of 2019.

2.The learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
